Belknap oval improvements on the way

Shortly after presenting a check for $5.3 million to improve the infrastructure at UofL's Shelby Campus, Gov. Ernie Fletcher surprised UofL President Jim Ramsey with a $1 million dollar check to redesign the main entrance to Belknap Campus.
