UofL Now: Huge investment will allow HSC to take off

That's UofL President, Dr. Jim Ramsey, along with Governor Ernie Fletcher and Mayor Jerry Abramson announcing the largest capital investment in Louisville history. A $2.5 Billion investment will turn 30 downtown blocks into labs and offices, where researchers will collaborate and make new meidcal discoveries. Businesses will be born and with nearly nine thousand new high paying jobs, Kentucky's economic engine will roar. This development gets the wheels turning on UofL's Health Sciences Center master plan. It will be a shining example of UofL's accountability to the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
